Our Story
Food as an
act of love.
ESTIA was born from a simple belief: that the finest ingredients, prepared with honesty and care, create something that goes beyond flavour. Named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, we set out to make every guest feel the warmth of a home table — even when dining for the very first time.
Our kitchen is led by Chef Eleni Papadimitriou, whose cooking draws on her childhood in the Mani, years spent in Lyon, and an obsession with the wild greens and preserved lemons of the Greek countryside. The result is a menu that is entirely of this place — and entirely unlike anything else in Athens.
